    hey,could anyone help me what should be my daily nutrition plan ?

    At your age, I wouldn't worry too much - just try to cut out candy, sodas, etc things with alot of sugar. Try to eat more whole grains and vegatables. Get protien, but you don't have to overdo it at your age, you will gain muscle fast in your teens. Eggs, chicken, lean beef are all good sources.

    Just keep an eye out for too much sugar, you don't need it and might as well start good habits early.
