L-glutamine, protein, rest, a good massage, a warm/hot bath with epsom salts.

Tiger balm is supposed to, although I've never tried it. 'The dude' does have the right idea, however L-glutamine and protein won't do anything immediately...just for the long run. I came across a supplement that was supposed to be excellent for pain and fatigue...I have it in one of my books, I'll post it when I find it.

    Yo,
i would also say that you should use the above supplemements and ideas but to also ensure that you do a sufficient cooldonw after any exercise, this should also help to reduce some of that soreness

get an n.o. supp like aminovol by nxlabs. this one is real good because it's taken at night before bed and it helps you sleep real good even if you are sore.

the n.o. nitric oxide opens up your vaso system which helps reduce metabolic waste within the mucles cells, one reason for soreness. it will also help with nutrient delivery which accelerates the healing of the tears in the muscle tissues.

a full night of rest will really shorten delayed onset of muscle soreness.

    hello

thedude is absolutely correct. here is why. the soreness you feel is due to muscle trauma. when you excercise intensely, you damage your muscles.

the suggestions by thedude will assist your muscles with the rebuilding process. when your muscles increase in size, they are trying to prevent this form of trauma (well, this amount of muscle got traumatized, so lets build up THIS much more and it won't happen again)!

    hope this helps you.

    thanks
