Thread: Speed And Accuracy

I would love to increase the speed of all my strikes and there accuracy, as when i try to strike faster i lose my accuracy and usually end up hitting the opponent in a useless place so does anyody have any tips how i can improve my speed and accuracy skills, if so can you post below

suhieb!! tell us about what sort of striking you are doing. the reason being, there are a few different "striking styles" that could be addressed here.

in very broad terms, it is a matter of smoothness. cool, neh? smoothness.

that is, how smoothly is your whole body moving while striking. there are many factors that contribute to your "speed".

so let us know what you are up to and a solution can be formulated.
