maybe be more descriptive of what "working out as much as possible is".
like, when you're done recovering its time to go again... and not before you're recovered. overtraining will reduce your strength, and cause illness. illness could result as well from not feeding yourself enough to perform what you're doing.
the gains you talk about killa, are gains many people new to weight training experience. those gains are not usually maintained year after year.
and just to get the facts right, creatine isn't going to influence recovery time between workouts. it could shorten recovery time between sets. your diet of macro-nutrients, and rest has most to do with between workout recovery.
