Perfect Diet for school(and or job)

I’ve looked through many of the threads trying to find a diet that’s perfect for me. I couldn’t find one because there doesn’t seem to be one that incorporates the fact that some of us have Jobs or go to School. So I was wondering if anyone could help me since I don’t have time to have a 9 AM meal (since I would be in school) and so on.
(by the way I am 15 years old and want to bulk up a little and build up some cardio)

i am a senior in highschool and i have put on 30 pounds of muscle since the middle of this past summer. i would recomend working out as many days as possible. alternate between lower and upper body. i took creatine to help with my recovery time. i also kept to a fairly loose diet (high protein and tried to cut out fast food. just make sure its balanced with vegies too.) if you have any questions feel free to email me. bosox8945@hotmail.com

drink a ton of milk. one wrestling coach in my area required his guys to drink a gallon of milk a day.

2% has a really good distribution of calories between carbs protein and fat. not to mention a continuous flow of aminos with caseinate as the main type of protein in it.

believe it not mcdonalds double cheese burger is good cheap quickie. beef is known to make people really strong, alot b-12 iron and natural CREATINE. that double cheese burger has 55 grams of protein in there. i think its got like 30 grams of fat and the white bread bun is a quick releasing carb source ideal for post workout.

i know the double cheeseburger will attract some scrutiny and may even effect my credibility, but its ironic and true. if you want, forget the double cheese burger and go for the milk.

i drink 2 full glasses of milk in one sitting, that is one 500 calorie meal.

regardless of the source strive for 2 grams of carbs per lb of body and the same with protein. a multible vitamin would be good too. many vitamins assist with the developement and recvery of muscles.

just so you know that comment was to supplement killacam and not replace it. make sure you balance things out.

    hello,

fudomc? tell us a little about yourself. it will be easier to make suggestions.

in general though, start with your doctor. ask them. they can refer you to a nutritionist who can work with you. if this option is too pricey, just give us a little info to go on.

    looking foreward to it.

    thanks.

    hello,

killacam, don't take this the wrong way, but you have no business offering this kind of advice to people.

never suggest a diet dependent on supplaments.

    ever.

not everyone can use them. most simply don't work.

also, you are around 17-18. such wieght gains are not unusual at that age. it has little to do with your routine. you will continue to get a little heavier until you are about 26. this is largely due to the continuing skeletal changes humans undergo until about that age.

for most, working out constantly is a recipe for disaster.

your intentions are honorable, but misguided. you offered what appeared to work for you. guaranteed not to work for 99.9% of others.

apologies if this offends. that is not the intent.

    thanks

i dont know what you are talking about. i never said anything about depending on supplements and by the way i didn't grow height wise at all during that time

    hello,

when giving dietary advice (particularly with workouts in mind), it is highly inadvisable to suggest any kind of supplements.

as stated, such wieght gains are normal at that age.

relax, you are not a bad person. your intentions were good. relax. it as not an attack.

    thanks.

i wouldn't sweat it killa. people tend spend energy when when they are peaved.

the advice lorenz gave was good advice standing alone without siting you.

gaining weight and maintaining fitness is a picture that would take many, many words to try to illustrate.

no one should take any advice here, or anywhere else as stand alone advice. it's always a good idea to check info gleaned with many different sources so one can get the whole picture. and to make sure everything is understood in context.
