Hi, my name is Nicole and any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. I'm 15 and I'm very interested in expanding my skills in fighting. I'm willing to try different areas of fighting and would take any tips but am mainly interested in muay thai and boxing. I could use help on a proper diet, keeping in mind that I am in school so preparation time should be minimal and meals should be at appropriate times. Also, any help or tips on manuevers would be great. Any workouts that help agility, speed, or general fitness would be great.

to that end, start with identifying your exact goal. this next part will sound a bit combative, just bear with it.
do you just want to learn some moves? or do you really want to learn to fight? what sort of fighting do you want to do? what access to training facilities do you have?
