    Questions on losing wieght

Hey guys, first time posting so bare with me. Ok 25 years old, 6'1, normally 225-230 lbs. I have done amateur boxing training, thai style kickboxing, and now I'm onto bjj and mma training. I have been training steadily for about 1 year now. I'm looking to start fighting in the light-heavywright range. My problem is this, I can not lose weight. I've weighed over 200 lbs since I was 12. Since I started training at my current camp, I have lost 4 inches off my waist, yet I weight the same, if not a little more then when I started. I look like I have a spare tire around my waist. I have a fat gut that I can not lose. I recently started to do pilates 30 minutes a day 4-5 days a week. I lift prob 3-5 days a week( depending on work) and I train the same as I lift. Is there anything out someone knows I could do to really work the weight off my stomach?Workouts, nutrition, diets? Anything would be of great help, and thank you in advance to anything help.

I wrestled for 17 years and did alot of weight cutting. There's no short cuts. 3 best tips I know.
    1. run 2-5 miles every morning 5-6 days a week, this will get your body burning calories early and all day. You don't need to run hard or really far. Try running at a comfortable speed for 45 minutes.
    2. Change your meals. Instead of eating 3 larger meals, break it up to 5-6 smaller meals a day. Its easy to over eat this way so your going to have to watch yourself. Drink a glass of water before you eat every meal that will help you feel more full.
    3. Water weight. You can loose 8-12 lbs of water w/o any seriouse hits to your endurance. Just make sure all the food has passed through your system before you start to dehydrate otherwise you won't take a crap and you'll have dead weight in your guts. That takes at least a day. Loose your 8-12 lbs in no more than 4 hours or your just asking for extra suffering. Nothing is worse than dragging it out. Just get it done.

Just so you know I'm 5'9" 197lbs and 22% body fat now (chunky yes, but I just started getting back into shape) But I wrestled 134 lbs in college and that's a hell of a cut for only 9 years ago.
