depending on your area, you may have access to a lot of good training on the cheap.
look for freestyle and grecoroman clubs (many take even adults and it is very inexpensive). judo clubs are typically 30 bucks monthly. check out VFW halls (veterans of foriegn wars). yours truly once trained in boxing and judo through them. check out ymca.
now. what can you do all by your lonesome.... get a book on plyometric workouts. doing this regularly will increase speed, agility, conditioning. check out local high schools or colleges and talk to the pe coaches about conditioning (it is free, but you need to make an appointment).
get yourself a big truck tire. you can jump on it (like the thai) and you can flip it. do a lap around a track flipping that bad boy. dare ya.
