Especially in my legs my flexibility sucks. What are some stretches I can do? I wanna be able to kick an opponent in the head. For now I'm stuck with kicking the thigh. Great for self defense but still, I'd at least like to know I could kick the head if given the chance.
check out a book called ultimate flexiblity by sang h kim. it has flexibility workouts.
also, go to practice get good instruction. you will develop by doing. learn the basics. drill the hell out of the basics. like teep. do about 500 per day.
